Nurse Manager- Intensive Care Unit
The manager is accountable for the overall management and leadership of a unit or a group of patient care units within Nursing Services. The manager is responsible for all clinical and operational activities of the units in accordance with the company mission, vision, and values.
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree/BSN from an accredited school of nursing, or ADN and a commitment to obtain BSN within two years of date of hire.
3 years Recent experience in related clinical area of nursing.
Must meet criteria of Registered Nurse.
Required upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License (Vendor Managed)
Required upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (Vendor Managed)
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in nursing or related field.
1 year First line management experience.
