What you'll do
Product Strategy: Develop a product roadmap and strategy that aligns with the company's goals, user needs, and market trends.
User-Centric Design: Leverage your design skills to create wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces in Figma that translate product concepts into visually appealing and user-friendly experiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, QA, and other teams to define, prioritize, and communicate product requirements and ensure successful product development.
Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the music tech industry.
User Feedback: Collect user feedback, conduct usability testing, and iterate on product designs to continually improve user satisfaction.
Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use data and analytics to make informed decisions about product improvements and new feature development.

Product Vision: You have a strong product vision and can communicate it effectively to the team.
Design Skills: Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools is essential. Your design work should demonstrate a deep understanding of user experience principles.

Analytical Thinking: You can analyze data and use it to make data-driven product decisions.

What you’ll bring day 1
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Proven experience as a Product Manager with a strong background in product design using Figma or other design tools.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Strong communication and presentation skills.

Compensation:
Competitive base salary in the range of $120,000 -> $160,000
Additional Compensation: Performance-based bonuses
