Qualifications:
* 2 to 6 years of experience as an engineer at a fast-growing startup.* Proficiency in Arc, Cron, and Notion is highly desirable.* Capable of developing a product from start to finish using Next.js.* Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and the ability to engage in discussions about research papers.* Strong design skills, capable of rapid design iterations.
Responsibilities:
As a Founding Engineer in this role, you will have a range of responsibilities, including:* Working on large language models in production, operating at scale.* Building products from 0 > 1 using Next.js.* Engaging with users to understand their needs and collaborating on product development.* Hiring and leading a team, in addition to your core responsibilities.* Communicating key performance indicators (KPIs) and contributing insights into what matters most for our success.
