Blue Rose is seeking a
Senior ServiceNow Developer to support our work with a federal client in San Antonio, TX. This is a Remote role. This role is open to U.S. Citizens ONLY. Successful candidates are required have an
Active or Interim
Secret Security Clearance.In this role you will:
- Be responsible for the technical build and delivery of a custom and modernized system
- Develop the back-end and the Service Portal
- Work with a dynamic and energetic team of 4
- Become familiar with the ServiceNow instance and functionality, and hit the ground running performing development work in the environment.
- Be detail oriented, problem solve independently, manage multiple streams of work concurrently, be proactive, work with other developer team members, and display strong commitment and ownership of work
- Develop ServiceNow functionality based on detailed functional designs
- Support integration to external systems and conversion of migrated data from the legacy system
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must have:
- 4+ years Service Portal development experience, including:
- Experience with Bootstrap, AngularJS, SCSS, and JavaScript
- 5+ years ServiceNow development experience, including:
- Experience with the Service Catalog module and creating custom applications with CreateNow
- Experience creating request forms, developing integration with external systems, implementing security (including Access Control Lists), and enhancing the user interface to provide a custom look and feel
- Ability to implement moderate to complex custom widgets and backend scripting
- Quick learner that can independently problem solve, balance multiple work streams concurrently, and work collaboratively with the team to release system functionality quickly and with high quality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Integration experience
- Experience with custom backend scripting (to include: business rules)
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree plus 3 additional years’ experience
Salary: $135,000-$145,000, Dependent on Experience
