Sr. Solution Architect III, you’ll be dedicated to supporting our government client's technology initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative, secure, and scalable IT solutions that address complex challenges faced by our government client. What you’ll do:


  • Collaborate closely with government stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to understand business needs, goals, and requirements.
  • Lead the design and development of comprehensive, end-to-end technology solutions that meet functional, non-functional, and security requirements.
  • Create architectural blueprints, diagrams, and documentation to communicate technical designs effectively.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership, guiding development teams in the implementation of complex solutions.
  • Mentor and coach junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
  • Ensure architectural consistency and adherence to best practices across projects.
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project progress, technical decisions, and potential challenges.
  • Collaborate with senior management and government officials to define long-term technology strategies that align with the client's mission and goals.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Integrate robust security measures and compliance requirements into solution designs, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive government data.
  • Lead the evaluation and selection of third-party technologies, tools, and vendors that support project goals.
  • Provide oversight throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that architectural designs are executed as planned and addressing any deviations or challenges.

What you’ll need to succeed:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 15 years as a Solution Architect, with a significant portion dedicated to government projects or clients.
  • Experience designing and architecting a wide variety of solutions to include platform, cloud, system, etc. for large-scale projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of government technology standards, regulations, and security requirements.
  • Strong expertise in solution design, system integration, and architecture patterns.
  • Proficiency in a wide range of technologies and platforms, both established and emerging.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, CISSP, or similar are a plus.
  • Active TS//SCI with CI poly preferred or active TS//SCI clearance with ability to pass a CI poly
