Responsibiilites
- Consult with company’s leadership and team members and provide daily HR guidance
- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department, provide new ideas to improve corporate structure and human resource management
- Be able to resolve complex issues and address grievances when necessary
- Proficient in employment laws and taxation
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Provide HR policy guidance
- Understand compliance needs of various products and business, and coordinate with internal and external team (including legal team and external agents).
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals
- Evaluate training programs
- Suggest new HR strategies
- Good budget planning skills
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as an HRBP
- Excellent people management skills
- Analytical and goal oriented
- Understand compliance
- Strong communication skills
- Strong work ethics
- Thorough knowledge of labor and corporate compliance matters
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
- Degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus
- Chinese speaking is a plus, though not a must
Logistics
This is a remote position that can be done from anywhere.
