About the Role

We’re looking for a Head of Product to deliver features that delight customers while driving business impact. You’ll be managing the product management and design teams and owning all product areas and initiatives across the company. You’ll partner with our Head of Engineering to bring new products and features to life and maximize customer value of the Sprig platform. Projects your team will be responsible for include a wide range of initiatives including greenfield applications of AI to building large scale systems for the world’s fastest growing tech companies. This role is based in office 3 days per week in San Francisco with flexibility to work remotely the remaining days.

Your Impact

  • Own product development end-to-end: define product specs, drive cross-functional execution, communicate releases to customers, and measure results.
  • Drive prioritization, identifying high value product opportunities to drive business outcomes by taking new products from ideation to launch.
  • Expand Sprig’s product portfolio to appeal to new customers.
  • Explore innovative product ideas including new applications of AI.
  • Talk to customers and dig into data to build your intuition around the product to drive revenue while increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Be a domain expert at Sprig on the customer and the product, sharing knowledge across departments to empower and motivate the company.

Your Strengths

  • 7+ years of experience in product management.
  • 3+ years of experience in management.
  • Experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products.
  • Organized and decisive. Track record of helping teams execute by clarifying priorities, timelines, etc.
  • Product sense. Intuition for what will make a compelling and usable product for a user.
  • Storytelling. Explains product value and decisions to both external and internal audiences in a way that’s clear and appropriate to the audience.
  • Data-driven. Experience conducting data analysis and user research to inform product decisions.
  • Drives impact. Equips the rest of the team to understand users better, be more involved in the product, and be more motivated.
  • Demonstrated business impact and ability to deliver high ROI capabilities.

Bonus Competencies, Skills, Experiences

  • Familiarity with or interest in AI and large language models (LLM, ML); technical familiarity.
  • Growth stage (Series A to Series D) startup experience.

Employee Pay Disclosure

The base salary range for this full-time position is $230,000 - $270,000 + Equity + Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all locations (San Francisco, CA; New York, NY). Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
