With the smart glasses market rapidly evolving, the Voice & Audio team is focused on capturing this growth by developing state of the art algorithms tailored to key customers in the wearable space.We are looking for a Signal Processing and AI Engineer to join our R&D team specializing in speech enhancement technologies. The role involves designing and implementing real-time algorithms for noise reduction, dereverberation, and echo cancellation.
The successful candidate will contribute to advancing voice interaction capabilities in next-generation wearable devices, including
smart glasses.
Your responsibilities :
- Design and implement advanced signal processing algorithms for speech enhancement in real-world acoustic environments.
- Develop PoC for performances demonstration.
- Design and train deep learning models for speech denoising, dereverberation, source separation.
- Preprocess and analyze audio datasets.
- Optimize algorithms for low-latency and embedded systems deployment.
- Conduct benchmark and evaluate performances based on speech quality metrics and listening tests.
- Collaborate with software engineers for integration into voice solution products.
- Stay up to date with latest advances in DSP and Voice AI relevant to speech enhancement.
- 1 or 2 years of experience in audio research and development
Your profile :
- Master’s degree or PhD in computer science engineering specialized in signal processing and machine learning.
- Background in digital signal processing and speech processing fundamentals.
- Knowledge of Python, Matlab, C with experience in machine learning frameworks such PyTorch.
- Experience with audio datasets and signal feature extraction techniques.
- Knowledge of real-time processing constraints and optimization techniques.
- Experience with neural networks for speech enhancement.
- Experience in embedded audio processing or edge AI.
- Experience of voice communication systems (mobile phone, smart speaker, wearables, hearing aids...).
- Publications in speech and audio processing.
- 1 or 2 years of experience in audio research and development
