Qualifications and Certifications
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Professional Experience
- Experience supporting testing activities for enterprise or public sector information systems.
- Involvement in government digital transformation or system modernization projects is an advantage.
- Ability to plan, execute, and document test cases, test scenarios, and test results in line with project standards.
- Experience working closely with developers, solution architects, and functional teams to identify, track, and resolve defects.
- Support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing activities.
- Ensure quality assurance processes align with project governance, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills to ensure system reliability and accuracy.
- Fluency in Estonian and English is mandatory (written and spoken).
