Will directly manage inside and outside sales personnel, warehouse inventory, and production shop in an exciting, fast-paced, industrial work environment. Must work independently to lead, manage, and motivate a team. Must embrace and implement lean manufacturing and lean business practices.

What We Need From You:
- Minimum 5 years branch management experience
- Minimum 2 years experience managing and developing a staff
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- Able to understand financials and be fully responsible for the EBIT branch performance
