We work with pharmaceutical partners and international regulatory agencies across the globe to develop companion diagnostics, which are necessary to gain approval of new drugs and treatments for cancer patients. Our harmonized ISO15189 accredited and CLIA/CAP clinical laboratories offer a test menu focused on biomarkers which are clinically actionable to support therapeutic decisions, measurable residual disease (MRD) testing, patient stratification, and trial enrollment, all designed to accelerate approvals of new oncology drugs and treatments. For 30 years, we have been at forefront of precision diagnostics, and we’re just getting started!We are looking to add a Technical Account Manager, West Coast  (Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington and Wyoming) to conduct strategic and tactical sales activities to grow Invivoscribe’s molecular diagnostic products and clinical testing services across academic medical centers, hospital molecular pathology labs, and hematology/oncology practices in the assigned territory.

The Technical Account Manager serves as the scientific and commercial interface between laboratory and clinical stakeholders, driving adoption of standardized diagnostic assays and LabPMM testing services.

Core Responsibilities Include:


  • Drive sales growth for Invivoscribe’s reagent and service portfolios by identifying, developing, and implementing key growth initiatives across direct and distributor channels.
  • Develop and execute engagement strategies for pathology lab directors, molecular pathologists, and hematology/oncology clinicians to expand adoption of Invivoscribe products and LabPMM services.
  • Build and manage a strategic territory plan identifying key academic, hospital, and private practice accounts while tracking competitive activity and market dynamics.
  • Partner with Field Application Scientists, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with molecular and pathology laboratories to understand validation workflows, technical requirements, and operational needs.
  • Engage hematology and oncology physicians to position MRD and molecular testing services in the context of treatment monitoring, relapse prediction, and precision therapy guidance.
  • Present scientific and clinical data effectively to physicians and laboratory staff, highlighting diagnostic and monitoring impact.
  • Cultivate key opinion leader (KOL) relationships to drive early adoption and clinical data generation.
  • Provide customer feedback to internal teams to guide product development and market alignment.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives through territory expansion, account conversion, and retention.
  • Represent Invivoscribe at trade shows, conferences, and corporate workshops, including setup and coordination activities.

You Bring:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences or related field and 4+ years of experience in Oncology or Molecular Diagnostics sales or business development. A PhD and 2+ years of relevant experience is advantageous. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
  • Demonstrated success selling molecular diagnostic products and/or testing services into pathology or molecular laboratories; familiarity with MRD, clonality, or hematologic oncology assays strongly preferred.
  • Established relationships with key diagnostic laboratories, academic centers, and molecular pathology labs on the West Coast.
  • Strong working knowledge of next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies, workflows, and applications within oncology and molecular diagnostics.
  • Proven experience in territory management, strategic account development, and customer analysis.
  • Deep understanding of laboratory workflows, CAP/CLIA environments, send-out testing, and reimbursement dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with both scientific and clinical audiences.
  • Proficient in HubSpot or comparable CRM systems for account management and forecasting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to learn new software programs quickly.
  • Self-driven, organized, and adaptable with the ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple priorities.
  • Written and verbal proficiency in English; additional language skills within the assigned territory are advantageous.
