Position Summary
The Account Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing key customer relationships. This role will focus on both expanding existing accounts and acquiring new business within target markets. The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to clients, understanding their operational needs and aligning our solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and expand commercial relationships with new and existing customers across assigned territories.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for customers, understanding business challenges and tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Conduct product presentations and solution demonstrations that clearly articulate value and ROI to business and technical stakeholders.
- Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing and contract discussions, ensuring mutual value for both the customer and the company.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams — including Product, Customer Success, and Marketing — to ensure smooth implementation and continued client satisfaction.
- Maintain a healthy and transparent sales pipeline through accurate forecasting and CRM management.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to influence product roadmap and service improvements.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and innovations in logistics and supply chain technology to position the company competitively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer success — ideally within software, logistics, or supply chain solutions.
- Proven ability to manage complex accounts and sell business outcomes to senior or executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms and managing full sales cycles.
- Ability to travel up to 50%, as needed.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with SaaS, cloud-based platforms, or enterprise software preferred.
