What you’ll do
Resolve technical issues for enterprise customers and partners through our support portal and inbound call queueTroubleshoot and optimize Linux/Unix (LAMP) servers, networking, PKI, virtualization, and SaaS/cloud servicesProvide expert support for Mobile Device Management (MDM) across Apple iOS/MacOS, Android, and Windows devicesPartner with product, engineering, and customer teams to streamline incident resolutionLead efforts to maintain service quality during system outages and escalationsAdvise customers on best practices for deploying and securing Ivanti productsCollaborate across global teams to identify and implement service improvements
What you will bring
7–10 years’ experience in enterprise IT support or equivalent roleProven hands-on troubleshooting skills in Linux/Unix systems and LAMP stack, or networking, PKI, and virtualizationStrong experience with MDM solutions for Apple, Android, and WindowsPractical knowledge of SaaS/cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Docker), microservices, and B2B customer supportExcellent written and verbal communication, with a customer-first attitudeBachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Preferred skills:
Experience with DNS, IP networking, firewalls, SMTP, HTTPS, load balancers, ActiveSync, and email systemsCertifications: Linux, CCNA, MCTS, VCPFamiliarity with Exchange, Active Directory, ISA/TMG, NDES, KDCSQL queries and LDAP server managementUnderstanding of PKI, SCEP, and security best practices
