Description


Verinext is hiring a Senior Recruiter to join our team in Blue Bell, PA. This individual will play a key role in identifying and securing top talent across both internal and external roles across Network Engineering, Security, Data & Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Sales, Operations and other areas. The ideal candidate is a proactive partner to hiring leaders and clients. This Senior Recruiter should thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to continuous improvement of our recruiting strategy and execution.

Requirements


  • Partner closely with internal leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define role requirements, and develop targeted recruiting strategies

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of internal and client-facing technical, sales and operations positions
  • Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates through multiple channels
  • Participate in client and stakeholder calls to gather requirements, provide market insights, and align on hiring priorities.
  • Maintain a strong and consistent LinkedIn presence to increase visibility, engage talent communities, and promote open opportunities
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of recruiting processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and overall hiring outcomes
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future hiring demands
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
  • Leverage data and analytics to track recruiting performance, report progress, and recommend improvements
  • Stay informed on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive intelligence within the recruiting landscape
  • Represent the company brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all touchpoints

Qualifications


  • 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on technical roles
  • Proven ability to manage diverse requisitions simultaneously across multiple business units
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted partnerships
  • Experience recruiting for both internal corporate roles and client-based positions
  • Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for talent acquisition and continuous improvement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
