RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ship end‑to‑end GenAI features: Python backends (APIs, async jobs), light UIs (internal dashboards).
- Integrate LLMs and diffusion pipelines into usable internal tools and services.
- Design clean API contracts for agent/tool use (MCP‑style), retries, logging, and evaluations.
- Build data flows for prompts, embeddings, and outputs; persist artifacts and metrics.
- Collaborate with product, design, and platform to iterate fast from prototype to production.
- Document services, provide quick‑start guides, and support self‑serve usage across teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must‑Have:
- 3–5 years in software engineering with JS/Python as the primary language.
- Backend/API experience (e.g., FastAPI/Flask/Node), queues/async, file I/O.
- Frontend familiarity (React/TypeScript).
- Containers, Git, CI/CD; working knowledge of cloud providers.
Nice‑to‑Have:
- Vector DBs (Pinecone/Weaviate/Chroma) and retrieval patterns.
- MCP concepts (tool contracts/function calling) and agent orchestration.
- Slack or web app integrations; simple auth/rate‑limit patterns.
- Experience in gaming, creative tooling, or internal developer platforms.
- GenAI fluency: prompts, context windows, embeddings, eval basics.
- Diffusion basics (concepts + pipeline integration).
Additional Notes
You may be expected to complete a test as a part of the interviewing procedure.
