Position Qualifications (Education, Skills, Experience):

Foreign language secretary or equivalent commercial training or equivalent qualifications
Background in natural sciences or in the field of clinical trials is an advantage
Very good English and German skills
Good knowledge of computer systems
Team player

Key Responsibilities:

Receipt and registration of sample material for clinical trials and reference testing
Processing of data queries
Monitoring and follow-up of workflows for samples within clinical trials and other respective projectso Ordering of required tests in TALIMS-1o Tracking of enrollment and consent information
Evaluation assistanceo Preparation and follow-up of evaluationso Result documentation of pathological evaluationso Plausibility checks and preparations for re-evaluationso Organization of the stained slides before archiving
Result transmission
Management of contact lists
Database entries and updateso Patient and sample datao Results
Preparation of sample shipments
Communication with the study teams and sites
Co-operation with the Project Management and other departments within the Tissue Biomarker Services division
