What you’ll be doing:
- Responsible for revenue management and online distribution for assigned properties in Bali.
- Manage both online and offline distribution channels, with a strong focus on targeting overseas markets.
- Develop short-term and long-term pricing strategies based on demand patterns, seasonality, events, competitive landscape, and target market.
- Design and implement campaigns and promotions to boost property visibility across channels.
- Maximize long-term stay opportunities by identifying the right channels for distribution.
- Adjust daily pricing to optimize occupancy and revenue.
- Track, monitor, and analyze performance data, and proactively take action to improve results.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and consistent performance.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to internal stakeholders.
What makes you a great fit:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in revenue management, distribution, or related roles within the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Strong understanding of the Bali hospitality market, demography and customer behavior.
- Experience managing OTA channels and offline distribution.
- Familiarity with pricing tools, channel managers, and market analysis.
- Strong understanding of seasonality, demand patterns, and competitive benchmarking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in English and Indonesian.
- Proactive, detail oriented, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work cross functionally.
