You’ll join a smart, international marketing team where curiosity drives experimentation, and performance fuels impact.The Role: Performance Marketing Manager (Individual Contributor)We’re looking for a hands-on marketer to take full ownership of our paid and digital growth channels, as part of our Growth Marketing team. This isn’t a people-management role - it’s a high-impact individual contributor position where autonomy, experimentation, and ROI matter most. You’ll design and run campaigns across search, social, and emerging AI-powered channels, ensuring every euro we spend turns into measurable pipeline growth.What you'll doAs our Performance Marketing Manager, your day-to-day will include:
- Designing and executing multi-channel campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Bing, Reddit, G2, and beyond.
- Owning budgets, targeting, and audience segmentation—optimizing every lever to maximize ROI.
- Running A/B and multivariate tests to improve performance and pipeline contribution.
- Partnering with content, web, product, and sales teams to deliver campaigns that resonate with our ICPs.
- Creating and maintaining landing pages, nurtures, and automation sequences in HubSpot—ensuring consistency, SEO, and strong conversion flows.
- Using HubSpot, 6Sense, Google Analytics, and Fathom to track performance, validate attribution, and generate actionable insights.
- Exploring generative AI and emerging platforms to keep us ahead of the curve in B2B SaaS marketing.
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years’ experience running campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.
- Solid hands-on experience with HubSpot, 6Sense, Google Analytics (GA4), and marketing automation tools.
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS buyer journeys and attribution models.
- Analytical mindset—you turn CTRs, CPCs, and conversion rates into clear recommendations.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and content teams.
- Excellent project management: organized, detail-oriented, able to run multiple campaigns at once.
- Natural curiosity about new tools, channels, and how AI is reshaping buyer behavior.
Bonus Points (Nice-to-Have Skills)
- Experience with review platforms (e.g., G2, Capterra).
- Knowledge of SEO and lifecycle marketing tactics.
- Exposure to B2B HR tech or SaaS scale-ups.
