We, a prominent national law firm, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join the dynamic team in

downtown Los Angeles, CA. This role offers meaningful hands on experience supporting attorneys across federal and state litigation matters and the chance to contribute to high stakes, multi industry disputes.

What You’ll Do as the Litigation Paralegal:

Support attorneys with substantive litigation tasks in product liability, consumer fraud, and other complex disputes
Monitor and manage court deadlines, file documents through ECF, and conduct PACER legal research
Draft pleadings, notices, motions, and prepare deposition materials, exhibits, and summaries
Track and organize discovery, including document productions, and help develop case strategy
Coordinate communications with courts, external counsel, experts, and clients
Assist with trial preparation and attend depositions, hearings, or trials as needed

Must-Haves as the Litigation Paralegal:

Paralegal certificate (or equivalent work experience) plus a 2 or 4 year degree (or equivalent professional experience)
Proficiency with legal research platforms (e.g., Westlaw, PACER)
Strong critical thinking, organization, and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and take ownership of projects
Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems or software
Flexibility to travel for trial and work occasional overtime during periods of high demand

Nice to Haves as the Litigation Paralegal:

Prior experience with product liability or consumer fraud cases
Background working in both state and federal courts
Experience using ECF systems in multiple jurisdictions
Familiarity with trial support technologies (e.g., exhibit databases, presentation tools)
