Our mission is to practice engineering and design excellence, to foster an enjoyable environment that allows everyone to reach their potential, to work in a sustainable way, and to help our clients succeed.About the RoleAs a Product Designer at MojoTech you'll lead design on 2-5 products per year across diverse industries, rapidly building your expertise and portfolio.

Autonomy, not bureaucracy.You will play a critical role in helping shape our clients’ products and craft interfaces that solve real-world problems while delighting users. You’ll have the freedom and responsibility to influence teams, clients, and companies through research, creativity and collaboration. We’re looking for people who are ready to take charge, and ship quality products.Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers and clients daily.
  • Lead and support ideation sessions, workshops, and presentations with clients online and in-person.
  • Define, design, prototype and improve your solutions along the way.
  • Produce innovative visual designs that are unique and distinct to the client’s brand.
  • Ensure final design concepts are on-budget and deliver on product strategy goals.
  • Support Engineers through implementation by providing intuitive, and comprehensive design solutions that satisfy all acceptance criteria.
  • Help set the bar for our core design values and have a voice in improving our design process.
  • Give and receive design critiques to help constantly refine and push our work.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years designing digital products that have shipped and scaled.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience presenting design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
  • A portfolio with at least 3 end-to-end product designs demonstrating your proficiency in information, interaction, interface, and visual design.
  • A track record of shipping designs across various platforms (web, mobile, native applications etc.) and for common libraries such as Apple HIG and Material Design.
  • Expertise in Figma, including building and maintaining scalable, accessible design systems.
  • Experience working within technical constraints and translating designs to developers.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience using AI tools like V0, Lovable, or Figma Make to enhance your craft.
  • A working knowledge of HTML, CSS and other front-end technologies like React or Tailwind.
  • Agency or consultancy experience.
