About this role:


In this contract role as a Partner Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving strategic marketing initiatives with one of our key cloud partners to accelerate the adoption of Cohere’s enterprise AI solutions. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to cloud providers, ensuring that our partners have the necessary tools, resources, and messaging to effectively sell and promote Cohere’s AI technologies.You will collaborate cross-functionally with revenue, product, and enablement teams to align on go-to-market strategies, drive partner engagement, and scale marketing efforts that enhance joint value propositions.

In this contract role you will be responsible for:


Partner Marketing Strategy & Execution


  • Develop and lead partner marketing initiatives tailored to cloud provider ecosystems, ensuring alignment with joint business objectives.
  • Design and execute go-to-market (GTM) programs, including co-branded campaigns, webinars, industry events, and product-focused activations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partner stakeholders, identifying opportunities to elevate Cohere’s AI solutions within their marketplace.

Campaign & Program Development


  • Plan and execute technical and industry-specific marketing campaigns that highlight AI applications in cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop strategic partner moments, including product launches, technical enablement sessions, and developer-focused events.
  • Oversee co-marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution of demand-generation activities such as roadshows, hackathons, and partner summits.

Partner Enablement & Advocacy


  • Develop content strategies and sales enablement materials that empower partner teams to educate and engage their enterprise customers.
  • Lead training and certification initiatives to increase partner knowledge of Cohere’s AI offerings.
  • Foster partner advocacy programs by identifying key evangelists and success stories, amplifying them through case studies, testimonials, and joint thought leadership.

Operations & Performance Measurement


  • Establish key performance metrics to track the success of partner marketing programs, optimizing based on insights and partner feedback.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to create an efficient partner marketing infrastructure that scales across multiple partner initiatives.
  • Maintain reporting frameworks that provide visibility into program impact and ensure continuous improvement.

This opportunity may be a good match for you if you have:


  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within enterprise tech, SaaS, or AI.
  • Proven experience in cloud partner marketing, particularly in co-marketing with hyperscalers or large technology providers.
  • A strong understanding of GTM strategies, partner ecosystems, and cloud-based AI solutions.
  • A track record of leading multi-channel marketing campaigns from strategy to execution, driving measurable impact.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with experience working closely with sales, product, and partner teams.
  • The ability to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing narratives tailored for different audiences.
  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze program performance and iterate for continuous growth.
  • A demonstrated curiosity and passion for AI, with experience leveraging AI tools in marketing strategies.
