Role Summary


MetaPhase is seeking a skilled Salesforce Architect to join our team to support a federal customer. You'll be a key driver of application design and delivery. You’ll provide expert guidance and structure, ensuring seamless business outcomes. With deep expertise in Salesforce, you’ll be instrumental in shaping strategic solutions. Your exceptional communication skills will empower you to collaborate across all levels of the organization, translating complex technical visions into clear, actionable insights.

What You Will Be Doing


  • Responsible for providing the overall guidance and structure for creating and maintaining the designs for the application design and delivery efforts, ensuring the required business outcomes are delivered. 
  • Demonstrated high level of experience and expertise with Salesforce.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills with the demonstrative ability to work with all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to perform independently and under pressure of time constraints with the proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to understand technical vision and communicate it to both technical and non- technical parties.
  • Assist in shaping strategy through the design and evolution of solutions, & building trust through successful recommendations.

What We Need From You (Required)


  •  Master’s Degree or higher and/or 15 years of experience. 
  • Minimum of 5 + years of Salesforce development/admin experience
  • Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Service Cloud; Experience with Salesforce Government Cloud preferred. 
  • Understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices, ability to design scalable solution
  • Knowledge of DevOps, with Salesforce DX and other toolsets
  • Strong understanding and experience with Salesforce environment management, release management, code versioning best practices and deployment methodologies 
  • Hands-on expertise in Salesforce configuration and development 
  • Salesforce administration experience, including but not limited to, User Management, Page Layouts, Profiles, Roles, Field Level Security, Object Level Security, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Etc. 
  • Experience developing Lightning Components using Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) 
  • Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations and how they play into platform architecture 
  • Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems as well as working with integration tools 
  • Ability to define system landscape, identify gaps between current and desired future state 
  • Excellent analytical and detail-oriented skills with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models and technologies
