Your Role:
The Sr. Director, Data & Analytics is responsible for leading all commercial analytics initiatives for the targeted therapeutic area, plus acquiring and managing relevant data to support the same. This role is responsibleforproviding an understanding of market landscape and market trends to facilitatestrategic plans. The role is responsible fordelivering timelyanalysis of launch performance, plus conduct advanced analytics to drive strategic decisions.This individual is expected lead and manage a team while buildingcapabilities for their functional area and be a thought partner to commercial leadership.This is a highly cross-functional role that requires collaboration within commercial team (Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Commercial Operations, Trade, PSS) as well as other functions e.g., IT, FP&A, Medical.Location Classification – Remote: Officially classified as working full-time from employee’s home office within the United States or respected region, with the expectation to travel to SpringWorks Therapeutics offices or other locations on occasion as business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Educate DAI peers as well as the Commercial team on best information source for relevant business questions – specifically in rare diseases
- Manage Data needs for the targeted therapeutic area Take leadership on identifying, acquiring, and integrating the most relevant data sources to support business decisions - analogs, Rx/claims data, Lab data, Affiliation, Analyst/KOL perspectives, Syndicated audits/databases
- Maintain command of Springworks commercial data and be the one source of ‘True Data’.
- Collaborate with Data aggregator on Business process/rules for data hygiene
- Collaborate with IT to ensure appropriate Data architecture, Data Mastering
- Develop and execute an effective Data Governance process in collaboration with IT
- Business rules documentation
- Integration of different data sources
- User access and reporting
- Ensure accuracy of data at territory level to support Commercial Operations/sales activities
- E.g., Incentive compensation
- Business performance analysis and KPI tracking for Desmoid Tumors
- Performance management: Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the commercial success of the Rare Disease brands. Establish standard cadence of KPI review.
- Identify reporting content for weekly, monthly, quarterly updates
- Build a launch dashboard for Desmoid Tumors integrating cross-functional KPIs and providing overarching insights on performance, proactively identify areas/tactics to focus on to improve performance
- Track KPIs impacting the commercial forecast. Explain deviation in performance from forecast/targets and suggest strategic levers to address these deviations.
- Proactively raise business questions/issues that should be examined further. Initiate projects/analytics as needed OR collaborate with other functions on their next steps
- Develop Dashboards
- Automate dashboards in collaboration with IT
- Explore and execute innovative technologies to facilitate easier/faster information sharing and rapid response to business questions
- Lead custom analytics to answer business needs
- Segmentation
- Predictive modeling e.g., identifydiscontinuation risk; future growth (using leading indicators)
- Promotional response modeling – digital, omnichannel, field force
- Communication: Effectively communicate insights to senior leadership. Use internal communication opportunities to influence action to improve brand performance. Support external communication of brand performance and market trends in collaboration with IR team.
Role Requirements:
- 12+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical forecasting and analytics with a Bachelor's degree; 10 years with a Master’s degree and 6 years with a PhD or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of people leadership
- Pharma or healthcare related field preferred
- Oncology or rare/orphan drug experience highly preferred
- Oral oncology or rare disease experience is preferred

- Strong interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and vendors effectively and clearly in a remote hybrid work environment.
- Ability to travel occasionally including overnight stay driven by business need.
- This position must be able to work East Coast hours.
Compensation:
The expected salary range for this position is $202,000 – $278,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.We also offer a comprehensive benefits package for our team of SpringWorkers and their families, including competitive compensation, annual cash bonuses and equity grants, 401K matching, fully covered medical, dental, and vision plans, and a full week of holiday break at year end.
