As an QA Engineer, you will:
Conduct thorough manual testing of web applications to ensure they meet specified requirements.
Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and design comprehensive test plans.
Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to provide feedback from a testing perspective.
Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and identify areas of improvement in our applications.
Work closely with other engineers and product managers to ensure that all aspects of quality are being addressed throughout the software development lifecycle.
Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure product quality.
Perform functional testing to validate that the web applications meet specified requirements.
Conduct UI/UX testing to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
Provide regular updates on testing progress and results.
Assist in the development and maintenance of regression test suites.
Review and analyze system specifications to identify potential issues early in the development cycle.
Perform exploratory testing to identify edge cases and potential user experience issues.
Collaborate with engineering teams to write comprehensive tests
Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best practices and testing methodologies.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 4 years experience in software quality assurance with a strong focus on manual testing.
Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
Ability to create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test documentation.
Experience in conducting UI/UX testing to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
It’s a Plus if You Have:
Prior experience with the US healthcare system.
Experience with Automation Frameworks like Selenium / Playwright
Familiarity with API Testing using tools such as Postman, Swagger, etc.
Experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins or Github.
Knowledge of security testing and tools like Veracode, Burp suite
Knowledge of accessibility testing and tools like JAWS

Candidates are required to work from our NCR/Noida offices for at least three (3) days a week as well as keep US based timings that can extend to 12:30 am IST.
