The role, in a nutshell:
As our Sr. Events Manager, your mission is to create meaningful connections through events that make us feel more like a community and less like a collection of Zoom boxes. You’ll be the mastermind behind both big, splashy gatherings and smaller, more intimate moments, bringing our quirky, innovative culture to life. From virtual meetups to in-person experiences, you’ll lead the charge in planning events that foster connection, reflect our unique vibe, and nail every detail with creativity and precision—because making it all look effortless is your superpower.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute company-wide events like summits and team-building adventures that make our culture come alive.
- Create guidelines and best practices for teams to run smaller events that are as seamless as they are fun.
- Lead the charge on virtual and hybrid events, making sure they’re just as engaging as our in-person gatherings.
- Be the go-to event guru for departments, offering your expertise to make sure their events reflect Chainguard’s excellence.
- Establish and run a center of excellence for large-scale events, helping teams with the details so they can focus on the big picture.

Base Salary Range$120,000 - $160,000USD
