About the Role:
Builder.io is looking to hire a Lead Content Writer and Strategist to join our marketing team. In this role, you'll be a key contributor to our content marketing initiatives, working closely with the head of content marketing to produce high-quality written assets that educate, engage, and inspire our audiences. You'll collaborate with various teams to create compelling content, track performance metrics, and drive our content strategy forward.
As a Lead Content Writer and Strategist at Builder.io, you will...
- Create compelling blog posts, articles, whitepapers, and case studies that demonstrate the value of Builder.io's platform.
- Collaborate with the Developer Relations team to develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar.
- Review and provide feedback on content produced by other teams, ensuring quality and alignment with our brand voice.
- Craft engaging social media and promotional copy to boost our online presence and engagement.
- Track and analyze content performance metrics, using data to inform content strategy and make recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor content, and audience preferences to inform content strategy.
- Assist in developing and maintaining our content calendar, ensuring a steady stream of valuable content.
You will thrive in this role if you have…
- 5+ years of experience in content writing in the tech or SaaS industry, strong preference to those with experience in the content management industry
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt your style for different audiences, platforms, and voices
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive content strategy decisions
- Proficiency in using content analytics tools and interpreting performance metrics
- Experience collaborating with technical teams to create accessible, non-technical content
- A strong understanding of SEO best practices and how to create content that ranks well in search engines
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors discovered during the interview process, including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
