Lyra Technology Group is looking for an Account Manager to join the team at one of our operating companies, VirtualArmour. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts by seamlessly combining strategic account management and client success principles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both areas, demonstrating the ability to drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Your work as the Account Manager includes several components:


Strategic Account Management:• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.• Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to provide strategic guidance.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of solutions aligned with client goals.• Identify opportunities for account expansion and upsell in alignment with revenue growth targets.Client Success:• Onboard new clients effectively, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our products/services.• Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.• Develop and implement client success plans to drive adoption and value realization.• Monitor client health, identify risks, and take proactive measures to mitigate issues.Collaboration and Communication:• Work closely with sales and operations teams to align strategies and deliver a cohesive client experience.• Provide regular updates to clients on product enhancements, best practices, and industry trends.• Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication.

Data Analysis and Reporting:• Utilize data to analyze client behavior, trends, and usage patterns.• Prepare and present regular reports on client success metrics and account performance.• Use insights to drive continuous improvement in client satisfaction and account growth.

Our ideal Account Manager has the following qualifications:


• Proven experience in strategic account management and client success roles.• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue growth targets. • Strong understanding of cybersecurity and ability to grasp technical concepts. Knowledge of products such as Stellar Cyber, IBM Qadar, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Rapid7, and Tenable is a plus. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.• Proactive and results-driven approach.• Must be available to work in our Denver, CO office 3 days a week (Tue-Thu).If becoming part of a growing company in the tech space sounds appealing to you, let’s have a conversation.
