Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data, strong analytical skills, an ability to translate requirements, and inform complex data sets to create actionable insights fueled by narrative-driven visualizations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with stakeholders to understand business challenges, identify effective solutions using data and gather requirements to inform development
- Uses statistical tools and techniques to explore and analyze data, identifying patterns, relationships, trends and insights.
- Monitors data quality of reports created, troubleshoots inconsistencies and identifies issues of data integrity.
- Experienced in SQL programming.
- Performs data cleansing and preparation of datasets to ensure accuracy and relevance. Ability to work requests as assigned.
- Creates visualizations (using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Sisense, etc..) and performs statistical analysis. Will deliver ad-hoc, scheduled analytics and report out Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics. Able to effectively communicate findings in verbal and written forms.
- Contributes to data related projects. Able to perform minimal business analysis and project management tasks.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.

Education and Experience:
- 4-6 years experience developing reports with data and analytics required.
- Experience in Excel, SQL, and business intelligence reporting tools required.
- Experience contributing to cross-functional projects and processes required.
- Experience with healthcare, insurance, or ecommerce data is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to traverse the production facility.
