The Client Experience Organization is looking for an Engagement Manager.


Job can be remote but preferred locations are Cleveland metro or Charlotte metro.Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and governance of PartsSource software solution implementation projects. 

What You’ll Do


Define Implementation Scope, Schedule & Effort


  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project deliverable, milestones, schedule and effort.
  • Translate scope into a contractual statement of work (SOW).
  • Present SOW to customer, obtain alignment, and sign-off.
  • Build repeatable Service Descriptions to standardize project and deployment approach.

Manage Assigned Projects Flawlessly 


  • Own project delivery from scoping through to project closure.
  • Proactively define risks and potential issues, and define mitigation plans to always stay one step ahead.
  • Deliver projects within the defined scope and budget.
  • Ensure an incredible customer experience throughout each step.

Establish Governance & Manage Stakeholders


  • Implement and adhere to the governance structure to ensure strong communication throughout project delivery.
  • Regularly facilitate project status and Steering Committee meetings.
  • Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Develop templates to ensure consistency of delivery across projects.

Ensure Adoption & Benefits Realization 


  • Constructs execute strong change management programs to help customers manage organization change.
  • Validate value realization before project closure and handoff.
  • Provide a seamless handoff upon project closure to allow for continuity in the customer experience.

Requirements


  • Prior experience as a Project or Engagement Manager owning the end-to-end delivery of enterprise software implementation projects from scoping through to benefits realization.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and navigate complex organizations to obtain buy-in and results.
  • Preferred knowledge and experience in working with HTM departments and/or healthcare organizations to transform business processes with technology.
  • Preferred experience managing projects with multiple integrations and third parties.
  • Willing and able to travel 50% of the time.
  • Ability to consistently provide customers with an incredible world-class experience.
