Position Overview


Reporting to the VP of Product and Technology, the Product Manager will play a crucial role in shaping our product strategy, defining product requirements, and working closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities


  • Break down complex problems into manageable components and develop comprehensive product requirements 
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle 
  • Create basic mockups and wireframes to visualize product concepts and features 
  • Engage directly with customers to gather requirements, understand pain points, and validate product ideas 
  • Present product roadmaps and demo features to customers and internal stakeholders 
  • Prioritize features and manage the product backlog 
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform product strategy 
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption 

Qualifications


  • 7+ years of experience in product management or combination of product management and software engineering, or related functions, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software 
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred) or equivalent experience. 
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss complex technical concepts 
  • Proven ability to write clear and concise product requirements 
  • Basic proficiency in creating mockups and wireframes 
  • Understanding the importance of iterative development, and how to bring value to customers while delivering bite sized chunks of functionality. 
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences 
  • Experience in gathering and synthesizing customer feedback to inform product decisions 
  • Knowledge of GRC, cybersecurity, or related fields is a plus
