Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our military clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and goals. Engage in discussions to comprehend technical requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Utilize comprehensive product knowledge to effectively demonstrate our solutions to clients. Provide technical guidance, support, and conduct product presentations, helping clients understand the features and benefits that meet their specific needs.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to design and develop custom solutions that align with client requirements. Create proposals and specifications to address client needs, ensuring the proposed solutions are both technically feasible and financially viable.
- Build strong and lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor. Continuously follow up, address concerns, and maintain regular communication to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, providing valuable insights and feedback from clients regarding product improvement and development opportunities.
- Assist the sales team in complex sales cycles by providing technical expertise, conducting product demonstrations, and addressing technical concerns to close deals effectively.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in a technical customer-facing role such as sales engineering, solutions engineer, technical support or similar.
- Aviation and/or Military background preferred.
- Strong technical background and understanding of our product offerings.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to comprehend and translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field preferred.
