Salary: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Job Overview:
The Collections Representatives main focus is to work claims until payment is made by the insurance company.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Phone calls to insurance companies on claim status, reprocessing and appeals. • Work and complete daily tasks. • Review and work aging reports. • Watch for trends on denials from insurance companies. • Knowledge of CMS1500, UB04, PHI and other medical terminology. • Navigate and work with insurance websites, verifying eligibility and checking claim status. • Provide information regarding claims to insurance companies, attorneys, and other authorized parties while complying with HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
