About the Work:


Product ownership for growth planning tools for owners across the network. Build a suite of online tools for Owners to evaluate Sales and Service performance, benchmark to comparisons, and develop forecasts and growth goals.  As a Product leader on the growth tech team you direct growth tech engineering, operations, internal stakeholders to defined and quantified customer (owner, client, carepro) needs. You direct solutions and drive adoption resulting in revenue growth across the network.  Your Build market opportunity framework for prioritizing development by customer voice, adoption potential, business impact, and architecture improvements.

Drive product from concept to launch and operations.

Responsibilities:



  • Identify Customer needs from regular operator conversations, data and process analysis, and industry best practices. Drive voice of the customer with weekly “Owner WBR” sessions using your products to conduct deep dive operating reviews at the owner/franchise level.

  • Define Growth planning product vision and then coordinate stakeholder requests and customer needs into product solutions complete with feedback loops, adoption plans, and measured business impact projections.

  • Build and execute a product roadmap of current and new solutions that leverage new technologies. Own inputs to engineering and UX teams such as product requirements, user interviews, customer definition.

  • Develop and adapt best practice methods of work for product innovation and development

About you: 


  • Math focused undergraduate degree (engineering, economics, math, etc) or equivalent experience in a technical company, MBA preferred.
  • Leading and influencing cross functional teams in different size organizations to deliver initiatives at any stage of product lifecycle
  • Demonstrated Product Management skills including addressable market opportunity, business modeling, feature prioritization, and successful release management
  • Building Customer focus informed from regular direct user interaction, industry monitoring, and observations across domains.
  • Prioritization across multiple workstreams: Managing multiple goals, deadlines, timelines, scopes, and resources.
  • Communication & Collaboration Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, particularly via written communication with both technical and non-technical team members.  Also the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative Problem-Solving and Advanced Statistical Data Analytical Skills. Ability to acquire data independently i.e. SQL, Python, Ability to model/process data via R, Advanced spreadsheet functions, or similar statistical tools. Data Visualization 

Our range reflects the hiring range for this position.  We use national average to determine pay as we are a remote first company.  Individual pay is based on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, experience, education, and training.Base pay is just a part of our total rewards program.  Honor offers generous equity packages that increase with position level and responsibilities, and a 401K with up to a 4% employer match.We provide medical, dental and vision coverage including zero cost plans for employees.  Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability and Life Insurance are fully employer paid with a voluntary additional Life Insurance option.  We offer a generous time off program, mental health benefits, wellness program, and discount program.Hiring Salary Range$175,000—$205,000 USD
