Responsibilities:
- Strategic Finance and Analysis: Leverage a strong background in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or corporate development to drive financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making processes.
- Financial Modeling and Excel Mastery: Utilize exceptional Excel skills to develop sophisticated financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis, supporting the company's strategic initiatives.
- Budget Management: Oversee the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and financial health.
- Presentation to Stakeholders: Craft compelling PowerPoint presentations to communicate financial strategies and performance to venture capital firms and key stakeholders, showcasing the company's value and potential.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Lead the FP&A team with a focus on skill development and operational excellence. Work collaboratively across departments to embed financial insights into business decision-making.

Qualifications:
- Rigorous Financial Background: 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or corporate development.
- Technical Proficiency: Exceptional skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with a proven track record of building complex financial models and delivering persuasive presentations.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with a deep understanding of financial principles and their application in business strategy.
- Leadership Skills: Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary:
- Compensation: $130,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
