What you will do:
- API automation: Researching, identifying and documenting all public endpoint tests of Digital.ai Deploy in order to be able to implement endpoint automation. As part of this exercise, the candidate needs to identify which ones are covered by the existing automation framework and identify the gaps. The completion on this first phase will lead to the implementation of the automation test in Java Mocha or Scala.
- Playwright automation: Define and document end to end user test scenarios for Digital.ai Release in order to implement it with Playwright.
- Python automation: Extend the current testing coverage of Digital.ai Release or Deploy using in-house automation framework to write test cases and adapt the Python scripts to new test scenarios when needed
- AI research project: Tool research and proof of concept for data generation or web test case generation, that will help supporting automation implementation
- Duration: 3-6 months starting May 2024
What you will bring:
- Preferred Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience with API endpoints
- Experience with Postman, Scala, Java Mocha, Robot Framework
- Experience in programming with languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript or Scala
- Experience with an UI automation testing tool such as Playwright or Cypress
- Experience in product development with web application
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiar with relational databases such as Postgres, Oracle
- Familiar with source control such as GIT
- Located in Vilnius, Lithuania (hybrid) or in United States (remote)
Desirable / Preferred:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work productively with distributed remote teams across multiple time zones
- Ability to work independently and self-organized

We are committed to providing our employees with fair and competitive compensation. The current base salary range for this specific job is estimated to be between $25-$35/hour for US hires. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
